The same reliability standards used on mission-critical networks, now applied to your website and your AI tools.
My background is in carrier-grade network engineering: over two decades spent building, monitoring and troubleshooting the infrastructure that entire networks depend on, where downtime isn't an option and problems get root-caused, not just patched. That includes leading router and node deployments at national scale, managing outage restoration and capital projects, and running performance monitoring and capacity planning day to day.
It started young, with an amateur radio license that turned into a lifelong habit of understanding how systems actually work under the hood. That curiosity carried through formal technical training and years in the field as an installer and instructor, before growing into a senior engineering role and a habit of building serious infrastructure just to keep learning: the hosting platform this site runs on is one I designed, built and operate myself.
I also build with AI every day. My lab, its dashboards and the assistant on this site were built with an AI coding agent in the loop, so I know where AI genuinely saves time and where it still needs a person checking its work. That is exactly how I set it up for clients.
What that means for you: you're not filing a ticket into a queue. You're working directly with the person who built the infrastructure and the tools, and who understands them end to end. See my full background, certifications and lab at rockhillnet.com.
